I had hiwatch camera on port 85 on the bench the other week & knew my work router to house router was working on port 85 in the past

it appears the controls do not take up the software changes until power cycled or a code in entered on the psychical keypad

however the downloading software still won't load on the intended win8 machine, the same file loads on my lenovo & acer laptops

there all 64 bit machines....

You opening a can of worms

Let's talk about hiwatch, why you got that on the bench , re badging to hikvision only ? So it becomes pro stuff

You missed the boat , need all devices two way , I might have switched to ion aswell

Only reason they keep app platform free is because they probably collapse by now if they didn't

Being NSI Gold goes way beyond how tidy the wiring is in the panel. that's likely down to one engineer and their untidy workmanship.

There is a whole company, employees. training, testing, maintenance and audit trail behind that job.

Is that battery dated ?

If so why would you have to move the battery it to see the date ?

Those alarm cables marked?

Why have you got main & low voltage shoved though the same ungrommeted hole ?

Why is there no stress relief for the mains

If you wish to post an example of your specification that's when the proper fun starts...
