norman
Surely your inspectorate will have guidance on this... or have they gone deadly quiet? Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool. norman
But your inspectorate, whoever it should be should offer guidance around missed inspections/response times etc. imo I know BAFE have. PeterJames
Currently we have a 3 month window, the inspectorate has about a month to update us on what to do. But as see it if a customer phones and asks to be rescheduled it doesnt matter what anybody else says 1 Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/43646-security-industry-key-worker-status/#findComment-497225 Share on other sites
norman
Agreed but it has to be documented, even better if deemed done... Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool. In normal circumstances we would deem them as done if the customer has not rearranged a date in the three months. I think though it would be unfair to the customer to deem them as done when they havent had a visit all the while this corona malarkey is going on. That said when we do get the all clear we will be rushed off our feet with service visits if they keep rescheduling at this rate. To some degrees I am glad we are a month ahead.
