I was wondering if anyone has any advice or could point me in the right direction? Also do note that the ADT Visonic panels only accept ADT devices, they run on a slightly different frequency I believe. Either way I suspect the OP has wasted their money if they can't return the item or already have a house full of ADT devices. In which case the eBayers of these ADT models all claim they will offer support as far as getting to the app screen if not any further. Quote UK Visonic devices sporting the 868-1 code will not work. I suspect the 868 is the frequency, and '1' means 'non-ADT Devices' rather than a change in frequency. Thanks everyone for responding. Yes i have a number of ADT devices 868-0 ready to be installed. The installer menu requires a pin code, this is what I am stuck on. I see that it is not allowed to be disclosed on this forum, maybe someone could let me know how I might find it?
