Hi All,

I have this night an alarm due to the supervision loss.

Could you tell me how can I keep the supervision but without alam.

Thanks in advance.

Change batteries?

no, I would like just to disable the siren alarm for the supervision when there is a supervision loss.

Because now I receive in my risco application that there is a supervision loss but also my siren alarm causing me to wakup at 2am... and I want just to disable the siren.

I don't think you can, you need to fix the supervision issue as the detector probably won't work if it activated. That's the whole point of supervision alarms

You might aswell take it out and fit a Yale?

As has already been said, supervision loss is often due to faulty batteries in the detectors. If you disable alarm on supervision loss, how will you know when there's a problem ? and then what would be the point of having the alarm ?.

How long has the system been installed and when were the batteries last changed ?, It might be a good idea to have the system checked by a competent engineer and all batteries tested / changed rather than mess about with it yourself.
