Anybody using RBS Natwest Freeagent software for accounts ?

 

Was going to upgrade our sage to the cloud version, but or bank manager has put forward theirs, just after any thoughts

I wouldnt use NatWest for anything 

Don't say that I'm an rbs shareholder

Worst bank I have ever had the miss-fortune to deal with. Anyway I thought we all had shares in RBS or was that Northern Rock .....or both

TBH never had any issues and if we need anything our business manager is out to us next day.

 

Had issues with others in the past  on business and personal accounts.

I have had personal and business issues with Nat West, and my business manager was always on the sell, only interested if he was selling us something. We are now with Co Op  Metro and Barclays, over two Ltd companies.

Sage is independent

Never liked Sage although have used it for the last 30yrs

 

No Freeagent is separate company looks very good, but if you bank with RBS/Natwest you can get it FOC if you meet certain conditions.

 

Probably will have a look, accountant already has some other companys using it and he says its good.

So long as your accountant is happy with it, then thats fine 

When it's comes to business banking I have heard bad things from a variety of businesses about all the high street ones. Can't say much about Metro tho which are down south.
