Yup, I've worked @ the Optare factory in Leeds

I heard they still have a canteen, but the tables were never quite as shiny since you left.

I am too young but you could get away with driving any old chassis on trade plates. Can't imagine you'd get away with that sort of thing now.

There are some very similar pics from India etc... on Google, most of which are last week!

 

But no I imagine most plants now are either vertical, or delivered by specialist transport.

 

This looks quite recent though

 

I remember seeing chassis being driven down the M62 with guys in goggles, probably going to the motorhome people.

What could possibly go wrong...
