Guys,

New to the monitoring side of things so have a quick question... I have a scenario where I have 1 x Galaxy 48... with one emizon unit sending PA, Int, Confirm etc through to the ARC...  It has multiple PA's on the Galaxy - do I need two URN's for the PA side of things or one to cover the whole site?

Thanks,

I assume new system, so will need 2 zones per PA to produce a confirm

Only if the local force insists on that, otherwise single PA until false activations cause the URN to be removed,  then it will need to be confirmed. Two zones is one option, there are others as detailed in the relevant documentation.

Ive yet to fit a confirmed HU on a new install.......

had a couple where weve lost URN. We had a site that the PAB's got soaked under a bar and went high res one night and it got policed X2...... so just set up HV on the galaxy and instructed the ARC

Happy... so a URN is not just specific to one site then?

So you could have a site where basically police will only attend for confirm signals or just PA's?

I've learnt something new today... brilliant piece of information.

Thanks
