Sorry, but I'm totally confused.  I'd be very grateful if you could possibly edit the picture above and do two new arrows pointing towards where you want me to connect the wires.

I must say you have got half pro gear and have no idea how to use it. time to get someone in that does?

  • I'd normally just use separate OP's

  • I'd put the red on + & use op1 on black programmed as something suitable?   But then again it's late & I've been drinking....

Yup, as per my previous post chap.

Sorry rulland as I didn't notice your previous post.  Thank you again.  I shall try this first thing in the morning.

Is it safe for me to disconnect and reconnect whilst the unit is still powered or would I need to power everything down?

Lol.  I'll try not to.  I'll let you know how I get on mate.

Thanks again to everyone.

Evening.

Unfortunately the SB didn't work with the suggestions made.  Whenever I connected the black wire to the bell, it continued to beep.  I then tried 0v, the aux, the -, but connecting to any of these meant the SB just continued beeping non-stop.  The only solution was to plug the black wire into the Speaker - and this stopped it.  Now it only sounds whenever I do a speaker test or when the alarm actually triggers

Means your bell is already zero , did you change the bell trigger polarity by mistake at some point as they are normally switch  negative by default
