why my optima xl6 always give faulse alarm?

We will need a lot more info than that mate. Could be anything but probably not the panel itself.

What does it show after an alarm?

it happned twice after I have set the alarm. one in afternoon and one the night. i din't use it for a long time. is it due to the battery? how can i test it?

To test it correctly you would need a battery tester and they are over £200

But what people are hoping you can tell them is the zone that triggered it is always the same zone or not,

The reason people try or suspect battery first is it can cause random alarms,

But sometimes it's just as easy to get a company to check it,

Can you see the last things that triggered it using the event log???

how do i know if the battery is working in order or not? what is the battery's voltage?

When alarm goes off, asked as abovewhat lights are being displayed
