Help please
I have installed a Honeywell dt7550 today and I have a slight problem where after a few minutes of it being powered up the Red led flashes rapidly I have read in the manual this means microwave supervision failure however the detector still works fine on walk test? So I was wondering if I could have any help in making it work properly please? Below is how I have wired it and a view of the pcb Edited September 7, 2015 by Help please Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39071-honeywell-dt7550/ Share on other sites
JB_
Red fast flash is i believe Anti-mask condition, basically the microwave has detected movement when the PIR section hasnt. Usually happens when you have the microwave range is set too far and it ends up seeing into the next room or something(which the pir cant do) Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39071-honeywell-dt7550/#findComment-429914 Share on other sites

You mean red flashing fast could be the sensor is showing masking , which isn't what you described Fast flash is trouble problem with masking or fault with the Pir and so on Did you just buy this ? You may have damaged it or its faulty Edited September 7, 2015 by al-yeti Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39071-honeywell-dt7550/#findComment-429923 Share on other sites
