Basically I've had a call where customer is unable to set the alarm due to what sounds like either damaged cable or maybe it's been snipped as there are works going on close by. It's a Honeywell Galaxy panel which I know absolutely nothing about as am very new to the trade. Can someone tell me if it's possible programme that device off until further investigation can be made so they can set the alarms again.
