Hi all,

 

I have an ADT system which was installed when I moved in by the previous owner 4 years ago.  The display is now showing adt bat mis 0001 and also manager reset code required.  I do have that code but I don't know what to do?  I have read that it's most probably the battery that needs replacing.  Can anyone please advise and if it is battery, where can I buy replacement from?

ADT will sell you a battery and show you how to reset it.

It would benefit from a full service if you have not had it looked at for at least 4 years...

Hi - I have an almost identical issue.  Does the full service need to be done by ADT and sign-up to a maintenance contract with them, or are there other good independents who can service this kit?  How do I find one (West London).

Not sure how I tell what model it is -- I think tis the Galaxy 2.  Was installed about 5 years ago.  It's in Earls Court, SW5.

There will be a sticker on the panel. If its a 2 it could be a 2-12, 2-20 or 2-44
