May 31, 201411 yr comment_382965 Lol, thing is, its a different naive kid doing it every year - its was a mobile this time being used. Even though they announce themselves as 'Hi its James here from WsM Golf Club', I highly suspect it might not even be the club at all, just the publisher of said crappy booklet that no-one is ever going to see. So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/36775-advertising-scam/page/2/#findComment-382965 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 August 20, 201411 yr Author comment_396160 Updated some details in the last few days ago online and have been approached again by a different male saying he was representing the police force magazine publication. 1) Called from a with held number 2) Wouldn't give his name 3) Wouldn't give me any contact details. The guy was nowhere near as confident as the first caller back in May, and didnt get very far at all. Should be grateful that they are finding my details so quickly I guess. August 20, 201411 yr comment_396171 Funnily though want paying before they send you all that lucrative work. Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
