I'm part of the bad management thing then cos i feel things would fold without a couple of key people. I cant afford people of the same calibre. Maybe its a family business thing but i find few even when paying very good money have the ability and commitment to the cause. In time maybe for us. I when you have a large structure it can work, I'm hoping to achieve it with more automation and custom software rather than more staff.
