Cubit
That's alright then! How can you rely on something that goes down so often? Like I said, more reliable than BT.

Adi
Now now. You have zero direct evidence to support that comment. Also, how come others have little to no problem with risco kit? Yet someone makes one post slating them and off you go. How come over the last couple of months you have been sticking up for Risco, you didnt use to? Â Over the years, Risco, by far, have been the worst performing manufacture, no drama queening, just facts. Â Â Â To Angel, ive got a site with a bell no more than 10-15m away from panel, bell lost every few days, will new bell likely resolve this issue? Radio strength on risco does seem poor compared to other makes. 4 times in 6/7 months for a free service? I can't see the issue myself. Should be zero. I have been told by risco that the cloud going down has been over reported. Its only gone down 4 times so far this year. Agree with that. Quote I really can't be ar**** with it anymore. Alarm Protection
4 times this year? How many sites with texecom have needed a software update? I install Risco and they have had problems but they bring out a certain type of panel you can sell with camera etc. Texecom are still trying to get their wireless to work and that is a massive step behind. This Richochet is just not working. I thought each detector would send back to panel but now you have to get 2 detectors in the way ? Can't wait for the wireless bell.....? Quote ! norman
Not sure many others would tolerate it. Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
Adi
It just seems its never ending, one issue after another from one manufacture to another. Â Wasted time, pissed off clients, i get well pissed off with it all. Quote I really can't be ar**** with it anymore.
al-yeti
Never had a problem with wireless honeywell , agility 3 has call backs, issues I have seen are batteries and external bells Is it the enforcer everyone rates highly? Agility 3 expensive in comparison, But to be fair most newbies and companies that are not intruder only rate agility ie risco highly around here , just like yale Grade 1 wired honeywell will give you less hassle
Alarm Protection
The point is we just put up with the problems. We as installers should be able to charge our suppliers for extra time if the problem is not ours or site needs an update due to their fault. Quote !
