If i could claim all the time i've wasted back on this, over the years on various kit - i'd only be 23 not 63 If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!! It is easy to get distracted, do you not geta a non tech employee to try and program? Perhaos send a sample to your make freindly installer. This would help highlight any difficulties, corrections made and reduce techcalls. If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
