I have installed my new Risco Wisdom panel.

 

I dont seem to be able to get the Follow Me function to work - can anyone offer any advice further how to set this up and test?

Hi. it''s been a long time since i fitted one but from memory. you need to enable it in the engineer menu. Then i think the numbers are programmed from the user menu. As far as i can remember you cant reprograme the message. if not i will dig the manual out tomorrow.

And it has a 30 second delay.

 

Page 41 is where you need in the user after programming from engineers.Wisdom user.pdf

It's in the engineers download section because there isn't a category for it in users.

When you say 30 sec delay? the alarm has to be activated for 30secs before the follow me message is sent?

Do you have both manuals?

If not your stuffed.

Yes both installer and user

Look in the index for "Follow me".

 

You need to turn it on in two places IIRC, the assign a "Partition" to it.

 

Command 5 6 02 turns it on in engineering.

 

Now have a read thru, no point not understanding and just being told. :D

I'm a Risco installer and hate the panel. As oxo above states.
