Warranty Is Covered But Should Labour Be Included?

How much is the difference between the repair price and the annual maintenance fee that you would have had? If not much I would suggest to the client that he pay the maintenance fee and then has x months remaining.

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

Forget that, punish them and then offer maintenance. The more you charge for a repair the better the maintenance looks. We find most take it

I would do the same Aaron, however, sounds like OP wants to be 'diplomatic'

I must admit our company would of said

We will replace this part however X months and you would of had to pay £XXXs however if you pay £30 a month we will repair unlimited parts and unlimited call outs.   Most clients take it.

£30 a month. Jesus, our maint contract is 70 + VAT for a year and people round here think thats steep. I think our company is in the wrong part of the country!
