He said he did two things, different isp and a different DVR so it proves nothing really? Anyway I didnt diagnose that the DVR was faulty he did! I don't know anyone who is a trade member hence my question before. You don't have to provide every item on the list, but the more items you provide makes it easier & quicker it is to check that you are who you claim to be.
