He said he did two things, different isp and a different DVR so it proves nothing really?

Anyway I didnt diagnose that the DVR was faulty he did! I just confirmed that everything that he did would suggest that its the DVR .......eh.....cough...eh LOL

You don't have to provide every item on the list, but the more items you provide makes it easier & quicker it is to check that you are who you claim to be.
