October 18, 201015 yr comment_254776 I had a play with one at there Warrington office about a month ago (they call it the Smarty Box) Quite a good bit of kit for the size we are still waiting for costings but was assured it would be cheap, well it looks cheap anyway. We are now buying DM stuff from DM saving quite a few £££ over the other bunch. October 18, 201015 yr Author comment_254792 didnt know dm sold direct to installers. anyway CIF available at 25pps (PAL), 30pps (NTSC) per camera• 2CIF available at 12pps (PAL), 15pps (NTSC) per camera• D1/4CIF available at 6pps (PAL), 7pps (NTSC) per camera Bit weak on framerate IMO, but as the post i made about fps then 12 fps is more than enough, but id prefer a little more than 6 sometimes if i had to use D1. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. October 19, 201015 yr comment_254832 didnt know dm sold direct to installers. They sell to anyone. And then they wonder why the likes of Nobrains and major users/installers get upset with them. Still, judging by the look of that unit, we know which market they are aiming at.
