I think you will find for 240 it must have a gromit.

Low voltage stuff is ok without a gromit if its a 'manufactured' cable entry.

magpye your not corrected - manf holes DONT need a grommet and any one who argues otherwise can take it up with our NSI inpector

Nothing wrong with that on this panel, if anything he should of spread his positives as well ( one per four zones) and the neg of the two zones sharing a com should be wired into their com ;)

Company I work for was told by NSI Inspector to mark battery with ink marker as heat in panel could cause a label tape/printed to fall off.

but then would that not make the battery fall under part 'P' regs while the ink was wet?
