Id use a 1070 rather than a quantum by the looks and would be similar money. plus the app fee etc

yes but by default they are disabled so even if you set the zones etc it won't work to you set it to timed etc rather than disabled

have you actually enabled the program 2? what your doing is not part setting but omitting the circuits
