lets just clarify things here. no one is having to find £40/80k a month to pay peoples wages Each employee is having to do suffient productive output to pay their own way.

you need to add owner details as well as address, be it sole trader trading as or ltd. companies act 2006. whilst it may appear to not have many teeth, non compliance is a criminal offence. non compliance cost one company upwards of £75k in just 3 weeks last year.

I was commenting on the issues generally. Unless you major on intruder, there is no benefit, indeed it is a pointless cost, being a member of an inspectorate. Still, people start up companies - and fair play to them - chasing the dream and then sign up for a badge. How many of the companies that go tits were doomed to failure right from the off, irrespective of badge?
