Glad you agree, as I thought the crown will not be affected by the bleaching so if I went that route would be a minefield as it is the Central Incisor ( looked that up lol). To be fair teeth are straight and although not brilliant white not too bad. The filling that was changed, has fallen out again. So not going back to that silly cow again. Did he meter the motor outputs on a command? Could be the capasitors a cheap repair. But the safeties would be the best bet. Any ground loops? They can degrade too. They could have been lazy and used a open/safety in one go. That goes tits up the gates stay open. Total stop button pressed somewhere? It happens. Gates ( I assume a pair) are locked in place or are the bypasses in place? Radio card fitted? Did he pull it off and let it run manual after a power recycle? Fun ehh.

Did you test the current draw? Have you a battery tester. Chances are the battery is over 4 yrs and has lost its holding capcity.
