All jokes asside, when I was working for NTL I had a customer phone me on a christmas eve with a few problems getting a connection via the dial up free service that had just come out at the time, I managed to sort out the connection after spending an hour on the phone with them,. they commented that they were amazed that it was a free service etc, and I said yeah it's great I use this as well.
