I haven't had any issues with buttons being activated yet. But I might contact my wholesaler to see if a replacement keypad can be provided, if this is going to cause other issues down the line. I bought the panel and keypad from an authorised distributor about three months ago. If I remember correctly the manufacture date stamped on the PCB is around the beginning of 2024. Or do I have to remove the RKP in the engineer menu before disconnecting it? You enter eng , remove the keypad , wire up new one and then add new one , system should see no keypad I assume you have no app system so can't do it from virtual keypad Or just add new one as keypad 2 and delete keypad 1 , don't really make much difference for you Or you know who to go see right ? Ok that makes sense. I have the app so I have the virtual keypad too. I know who to see if all else fails. Yes I am in Ireland. For the UK I think an installer needs to set it up.
