Kp160 and Kp250 disarming issues

Featured Replies

Hi I got a powermaster 30 with wireless keypad kp160 and kp250 when I arm the panel it's ok but when the alarm rings the disarm option does not accept the user codes or proxy tags it only allows me to disarm the panel using the phone app any ideas please

Kind regards

Naeem

Assuming if you wait 90 seconds or so and then the keypad will allow disarming... then you have some DD243/BS8243 setting enabled to lockout the keypad on entry.

Check tag / user options

Assuming you can unset normally?

Hi user permit is of on the main panel is that the problem

Don't know, I don't really know the panel

But usually if it doesn't let you unset with code it's because you have to use the proximity tag

If prox tag isn't letting you then I assuming an option is the problem with the proximity tags
