I have taken over tons of DIY sites where customers do this   they don't care 

There are multiple older versions of apps for Texe all with different T&Cs.

What are we calling "tons", there is much more to business than knowing how the kit works.

When your taking over this user installed tat, your taking on it's liabilities as well.

Still liable for it I'm afraid. But as long as your insurance company is aware. Bear in mind your client isn't the one that will come after you it will be their insurer

You know I moved recently, well the vendor tried selling me the carpet, I told him he would be doing me a favor if he took it as it will save me on skips. It was still here when I moved in and is slowly being ripped out
