    Regardless, if it's not as described eBay have a great returns policy. Nothing to lose imo.

    Depends if it fails after a week or two. Pain in the butt if you need to swap out the controls to return.

Customer returns. Case is new, but the PCB is from the faulty panel swapped at site. You may get lucky and get one with a dialer fault.

Oh well I will give it a go. I cant do anything with the one I have. Was thinking of switching to Yale wireless system.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
