Basically quote for new , same old thing where some companies keep old rubbish going 

 

Mainly because customer doesn't want to pay, it's not always adts fault , customer won't even repair some stuff

 

Quote him a nice price somewhere you will a bit of money but don't waste time on old system that you will have trouble with

 

 

Sorry I may of mis sold the customer, they aren't leaving ADT due to cost, I don't really want to say why on a public forum but it isn't due to the cost.

Customers can be blagging though , I am expert 

I get told all sorts of tales..... one of the better ones was the home owner popping into  xyz alarms & locksmiths to a get key cut to find the burglar form the night before working behind the counter

prick was a dentist,

 

something very senior in the local NHS & a with private practice in a "posher" bit of happyland.....

 

bitched & moaned about his modest maint & mon costs (digi)

 

promised cheques which never appeared, eventually I got bored of this & sent a collection letter from a solicitor

 

he rushed the cheque out & forgot to attach a stamp...  then panicked & sent a 2nd cheque this time stamped

 

he rung me to inform them of this , I received both letters & returned 1 cheque

 

 

Probs still bitter about not being a proper doctor
