UK (i.e. ancient) version of bloody 9651 didn't let you have zero as first digit, since that notified the system an engineer code was about to be used.

But... still lets the mongs use a 'zero' at code change time (it says not to in manual) then that's it, once timed out or logged out it'll never work again without defaulting  

no 0 is cancel on it so customers can't get out of sequence entering codes etc

Lol that's funny , I got used the zeros been fitting them for two years and almost close to ripping out my dimension lol
