We have an Avaya ip phone system, we have analogue and sip trunks into it with voicemail, call forwarding etc.

I trialled Sipgate a few weeks ago and that worked really well but didn't quiet meet our needs.

Whats involved with 3CX, is it difficult to set up etc, don't have much time at the moment to mess about

Its great imo. Used to swyx which had a better softphone imo but as a pbx I rate 3cx for flexability

I paid around £300 I think for the above 

Sounds good, much better than when I last looked in terms of free (think it was 1 trunk, 2 extns?)

 

Anyway using FreePBX with Openstage (ex. Siemens) phones here.

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
