al-yeti
Samsung model? Most are easy to setup Most common mistake is the port , when you put the port in the app don't put the first one , its the faded one on the right something like 4524 Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39796-samsung-ipolis-epic/#findComment-441542 Share on other sites

ElecTech
Seems ports aren't configured right, you seem to be hitting the router page instead of going through to the camera. I've had something similar where the router defaults on port 80, so had to change the dvr to 85 else there's a conflict! ElecTech
Change your HTTP port to 85 and make sure you open port 85 on your router. al-yeti
So 4524 is your port for the ipolis app You need to change the IP type to static Then change IP address to 192.168.1.200 so it's out of the way Then next issue will be port forwarding on your router itself Gateway will be probably as already set 192.168.1.1 Sorry looking at your pictures , although dmz shouldnt be permanently used its a good way to do it temporarily, but because your DVR is set to dhcp and router is pointing to static address it will end up changing And then better to use the smartviewer software or the ipolis app for smart phone as web viewer doesn't always work Edited February 26, 2016 by al-yeti Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/39796-samsung-ipolis-epic/#findComment-441605 Share on other sites
