I'm pretty sure the original contract used the word "dualcomm" although the recent letter talked about a Redcare increase.  I don't know what the difference is? There is a gsm areal in the loft if that helps identify it?

 

We're based in Berkshire.

Will be worth knowing, but not identifiable by an aerial.

While they both do a similar job Redcare GSM is arguably a better product than Dualcom GPRS.

Could be dualpath
