Evening all, Just found out I've been on the site since 2012 but never used it till now. I need some solid advice from yourselves on upgrading an old 16ch DVR to an all singing all dancing replacement with a quality app for remote viewing, 24ch minimum but 32ch if 24ch not an option. The quote received today for a 32ch was extortionate and will not go down well with my client. This DVR upgrade is for the existing 16 analogue cameras but I would like to provide space for future expansion. Any experience on previous kit used or suppliers would be much appreciated. Not sure if you're joking but assume you weren't expecting maplins £299 dvr prices?

Probably worth the price for what it is but surely there's another option so the reason I was asking for advice... HYB-PRODC-32-4TB I-Range Hybrid, 32 Channels, 16 Analogue, 16 IP, 4TB HDD £1,125.00

sounds cheap but it could be naff I don't know it
