Hi all

Got a customer who has had IT messing with his DVR and now the password has evaded everyone !!!

I need to crash the Alien DVR to default the password. content on the DVR isn't needed or vital.

as this could be information which shouldn't get into the wrong hands I can be contacted via email if it can't be posted on here , cheers.

understand that mate that's why I left my email if anyone can advise.

I will email the trade and go from there cheers.

No contact details are allowed in posts as per forum rules, this is why it's been removed.

In any case I believe only System Q can or will reset a DVR engineer password on these models, and from my own experience will look to match the serial number with proof of pucrahse such as an invoice number.

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
