datadiffusion
You probably know all about this, but it was an eye opener for me. Here is how people interacted with our website over the weekend, courtesy of Google Analytics, a free tool. We use wordpress so it was easy to integrate. The /systems/ page is a loss-leader free user manuals page (all watermarked), by the way, and shows how many are looking to DIY... al-yeti
You get a detailed report through the domain host aswell, right down to how many were via device type and software all useless probably lol
datadiffusion
Yeah no new news tbh. 1. People search for alarm manuals online 2. They look for the first sensible result on the page 3. They click on it 4. If it isn't what they want, they go away again quickly. norman
I would also imagine the majority being tablet and phone, not pc? Quote Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
datadiffusion
Yup. The number of websites that still rely substantially on flash etc... that won't render at all on tablets and the like is quite funny. sixwheeledbeast
Android is where it's at. Na HTML5 is where it's at. I assume some PC users could be using analytics or script blocking software hence them not appearing.
datadiffusion
I believe if they click via google (and I think thats 97%) they can hide so much but not the actual visit itself?
