I believe if they click via google (and I think thats 97%)  they can hide so much but not the actual visit itself?

 

You only need to block the javascript that records the analytics.

So either block "analytics.js" somehow or disable javascript.

 

Your site has 2 trackers (Google Analytics and Gravatar), there are also 21 bits of javascript.

The javascript is only for the banners, themes, analytics and search box, so the site works fine with js off.
