After a other company knocked my door about a Security Alarm this had me thinking. 

 

My company says we must wear a uniform which we get provided. 

 

Do any of you guys have a Uniform or just a smart dress policy?

I provide uniforms

We all have uniforms, I think it looks more professional

My next question would be. 

 

What type of uniform is it Polo-Shirts or Shirts and do you have them all branded. 

 

Like my uniform is a Polo-Shirts with Company name and utility type trousers,  I have fleece and Jacket which is all branded but hardly wear them.   Even our high-viz is branded. 

we provide uniform even though some never meet the customer

I'd expect all to provide a uniform, and I'd expect all those provided to wear it.

3x Embroidered Polo shirts

2x Work Trousers (Bosch)

1x Full PPE Kit  

 

Safety Boots, Hi-Vis vest, Hi-Vis Jacket, Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses, Goggles, Masks, Overshoes, 

All checked each month and refilled, Employee signs to the collection sheet on every refill... Just to cover my ass

All are company branded, well apart from the boots, pants etc

Vans are kitted with first aid kits, Fire extinguishers and emergency eye wash stations as standard
