Prodigious Posted April 3, 2014 Author Share Posted April 3, 2014 Just being out in the wrong place at the wrong time basically and getting involved in a scuffle in a bar where 5 people were arrested. Then the police giving the option of either admit offence and take a caution where you will not have a crim record or deny any offence and if goes to court risk getting a crim record. I'm not a fan of boozing and fighting but I understand it happens and imo doesn't effect someone to be an alarm engineer however I might think twice if employing as a security guard for example. Personally I would have told PC plod to charge me or release me.
