Need a little help - PLEASE

Just reconnected a VECTUS DVR 04G & seems like the unit is locked - wont accept any inputs - via remote or font key pad. Any ideas how to unlock??

If it's Vectus DVR then it's Luxrite? Installed 2 last week. Decent kit imo and good tech as I had prt forwarding wrong:)((

We have a few remotely monitored. Had major issues with one on site which had to operate relays. Unit kept locking up needing reboot to cure. Swapped for Adpro and all good now.

We always quote Adpro but times have changed with cost so the Vectus has been installed.

Only router problems at this end as we do a lot of farms that only use 3/4G . DVR end has been stable.

Vectus G-Class, top product IMO.

OP have you tried the power button on the front?
