You do seem worried about getting sued arf but as I remember no one ever has?

 

It has become a semi-regular occurance that people threaten / try and sue us to pull a fast one but all have backed down with the audit trails and procedures that we have in place but it doesn't stop me from taking on work 'just in case' we might get sued.

the blame/frame/game has made surprising inroads.

when daft judgements occur - as locally, last year a woman won £20k for being hit on the head by a falling box of fairy cakes, yes a single box, not even a crate full, claimed whiplash injuries, seems you need to take more proactive defensive stance.

IIRC it was an observation by an NSI inspector to one of the members about giving off hand advice?
