Hi Guys,

 

Can someone kindly tell me how to wire Pyronix v2 Tel to a Pyronix Wireless Enforcer system so that it can call the customer upon activation?


I'm stuck..

 

I downloaded all the manuals but it doesnt make sense to me at all.

What outputs have you got I dont know that panel

Does the enforcer have a built in dialler ?

I thought it has a SMS and speech dialer built in. Nt sure haven't used one for a few years.

Has SMS built in.

For speech you need to order a I/O Board that plugs into the panel.

Oh I see, thought it had both on board.

Never liked SMS options , most I've heard of haven't been reliable .

Well thats all I could find.

Nothing about speech dialler,  no way to record speech. Just SMS.

And you`re correct on that score.

Used a few, not fussed for that sort of install i'll just stick with my "heap ****" visonic

Thanks to ADI Gardiners - i asked the simplest question;

 

"Does this system have a speech dialer? - When i mean by speech dialer, does it have an AutoDial - it calls customer upon activation and informs them?!

 

 Yep, definitely have, this is what you're looking for.

 

Customer doesnt want no ARC or police attendance, he just wants a basic intruder system. We quoted him £550. Bought the system for £200, installed it. Bingo! No speech dialer installed. Therefore we called Adi Gardiners and gave them the "grief".

 

Than e recommended a V2 TEL Auto Dialer. He apologised. Taking the system back to him will cause us more time and more money. So we bought a PYRONIX V2 TEL speech dialer.

 

We follow all the instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot get it working. 

GRRR...!!!!
