that gives the user the option to set either group,have you done a restart..

You don't want the star on the user groups

Couple of weeks ago i had the same problem with a G96 when trying to set up the garage for group 2. Every time i set with the master code both groups would set even though techi support said all the programming was correct. I will be going back there soon to have another go.

Yeah, they will have access to all groups and you will have to de-select.

Why not?

 

Galaxy's on a domestic are a right pain in the butt. I'm not sure why we spec them as Honeywell state they they are a commercial panel.

 

I've already informed the customer that they may use their code to set but must use a fob to unset.
