There are manuals on google but they only contain default codes and won't tell you how to default it. You can either ask for their code to do it yourself or pay for a firm to do it for you, you may find some one local to do it on the cheap. After all, your system wouldn't be very secure if we told everyone how to default it, or issued engineer/installer manuals to everyone that asked. Guess so, So that will be why it is not sending SMS Texts when we tested it some time ago?.
