Rulland
And I also assume when you say "before carpets go down", you aren't going to run them under the carpets etc-but under boards or the like?. If not=recipe for future problems IMHO. Scotmod
But the 500/600 is still 1 way wireless though isnt it? Not 100% but I think you're correct. However in terms of a hybrid solution it's been pretty solid in the 100 or so installs we've done. Not very many false alarms, dodgy PIRs etc. Fully wireless I really like the enforcer kit but if it's a like for like rewire with maybe one or two additions I wouldn't begrudge installing one. However this chap seems to imply that laying cables isn't going to be an issue so i'm not sure on why he's asking about wireless unless getting to height is going to be an issue? Bhav
Thanks for all your post & Feeback To further clarify, I can wire most of the Sensors and panel but would like to future proof as I'm planning on extending the downstairs, which will create a flat roof, allowing easy access to the 1st floor. At which point I will need to will need to go wireless. Do I go with HKC sw1070 or Gardtec range?
