looops
Hi all. Appreciate any advice on how to protect a room with double glazed windows and a pair of double-glazed patio doors. Can't really use PIRs as there's a dog and some very springy cats who roam freely. I reckon I need to protect against glass breakage as well as someone levering the doors open, or booting them till they open. I'm thinking a glass break detector in tempered glass mode and a shock+magnet sensor on the double doors. . Paul.
james.wilson
Wouldn't disagree but if you have shock do you need glassbreak? I'm not a glsssbreak fan. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. Would a shock sensor on one windows cover all the others right across? The windows are two panels high x six panels across. I'm an IT guy, am I right to understand that with the IP Comm module and the Wintex software I can setup and run the system from a laptop?
james.wilson
Yes you can if you have external access to the ip module. I assumed sliding patio doors. You may need more than 1 vibro securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. james.wilson
Right, still don't like glass break. I'd be using multiple vibros. But I haven't seen it so I am assuming certain things. securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount.
