whatdoes the user type say when user 22 is displayed

All of them that are 'unused' as in not changed already by me are 'Level 2 User'

IIRC manager code is level 6, try that on user 1

I have already modified User1 for me, renamed it, changed the PIN and set it to the highest access level - The default code still works :angry2:

you will need to enter the default manager code to get access to the menu, the highest number user will be the manager code and will as camerabloke says be a level 2.6 or 6. Chnage that pin and your done, but it must be differnt to any codes currently entered for obvious reasons.
