Guest
Ats is the equipment used to signal remotely, fault will be shown depending on how system programmed you may have done something retarded like have selected that a modem is fitted when it is not Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/8914-texecom-ats-path-fault/#findComment-82831 Share on other sites

Have you changed anything I.e unplugged a ethernet cable, change broadband modem, phone line fault, but with out knowing how it signals the alarm, some of this is just guess work, Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/8914-texecom-ats-path-fault/#findComment-445468 Share on other sites

I went from BT to Virgin and i am not sure how i can get the alarm to work now with the app and clear this "ats path fault" error. Please help out. Many thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/8914-texecom-ats-path-fault/#findComment-477660 Share on other sites
sixwheeledbeast
Contact your installer and have your new router set up again. The error is a warning to say its not polling the server.
