Learned an interesting thing today, all calls regardless of how you with hold or mask the identity of the originating number, are logged by the service provider. If the originating number is routed through several different service providers, it will be logged several times.

This in effect means that it is impossible to hide a telephone call on a network anymore.

I think technology is really starting to help the  and more often than not it becomes just as effective crime reduction measure as good old fashioned policing.
